How do I make a purchase?
To make a purchase, simply select the items you would like to order and add them to your shopping bag. You can then proceed through the checkout process and make a secure online payment. Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an automatic email confirmation.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You don’t need an account to place an order but having an account enables you to save your personal information and review previous orders. Please note that we do not retain any payment information within your account. You can create an account by clicking here or by opting in when placing an order.
What are the payment modes available?
We currently accept the following payment methods:
1) Internet Bank Transfers and ATM Transfers (via UOB account)
2) Cheque Payment (made payable to Combine Services Pte Ltd)
3) PayPal / Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
What is the minimum amount for purchase?
We do not have a minimum order amount, but kindly note that order under $500.00 is subjected to delivery charge.
What if the item(s) runs out of stock after I have ordered or made payment?
We will send an email or call you to keep you posted on the item(s) availability. If the item(s) is no longer available and there is no suitable alternative, Combine Services reserves the right to cancel the order and refund any payment made.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver only to addresses within mainland Singapore.
For places where a delivery permit is needed, please inform us beforehand.
How much is the delivery fee?
We offer FREE delivery for purchase of $500.00 and above.
Note: There will be a delivery sub charge of $30.00 for purchase of $500.00 and below.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed Monday through Friday by 02:00 pm (excluding holidays) are generally processed the same day.
Orders placed after 02:00 pm or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will processed on the following Monday (excluding holidays).
Note: All orders will be processed and dispatched within 3 to 7 working days from the date of payment confirmation AND subject to stock availability.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking information. Please note that the tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update after your order has been dispatched.
I wish to self collect, can you waive off the delivery fee?
Upon Checkout, choose self collection under the delivery method to have your delivery fee waived.
